ANDREW NESBERG - Technical Specialist

1. Tell me about your career. What did your journey look like before you came to CS Marine?

I’ve always had an interest in learning, working with my hands, and figuring things out. I have experience in maintenance/technician work as well as small business management.

2. What originally drew you to apply to CS Marine?

I was excited for the opportunity to use my analytical abilities as well as getting dirty using my practical know-how.

3. What do you work on?

I work on the alignment of the propulsion systems for the LCS naval vessels.

4. Why do you look forward to coming to work every day?

Most days are fresh and new.

5. How has coming to CS Marine changed how you worked?

It hasn’t really changed anything. I’m a go getter and enjoy working.

6. What are you looking forward to learning?

I’ve been hungry to learn all my life. If ever there’s an opportunity to expand my knowledge I jump in, whether it be computers, technical know-how, or anything else.
